Welcome to my Genealogy Blog.

Why not spend a minute or two at my Blog to see if there is anything interesting to read. Perhaps I've written something about your ancestor, gave a hint on how to locate something, provided a different way to do research, or just gave a glimpse into the world of genealogy research through words or photos. I try to make it light and enjoyable.

My roots are from New England (Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, and New Hampshire), New York, New Jersey, Michigan, Illinois, Wyoming, and the Eastern Townships of Quebec, Canada.

Please check out the labels on the right side for articles. The header tabs at the top are a work in progress.

I also have a blog called Seeing New England. Why not visit it, to get a feeling for the area.

Rehearsal for Trooping the Colour, May 1991
YouTube video "The Major General's Review and the Colonel's Review are scheduled on the Saturdays two and one weeks preceding the Queen's Birthday Parade respectively." (from Wikipedia)

My Prince Charles and Princess Diana post with photos taken of them in Virginia, 1985.

At least once a week I have somebody using key words "Princess Diana burial site?" on my search box. This is the perfect opportunity to reply by provide several links that address that question. From:

On Wednesday, Cindy Bergeron Scherwinski of In My Life posted her, "Wordless Wednesday: I've Been to London to Visit the Queen" post. Please check it out, she has a great photo of Queen Elizabeth. Because of Cindy's post, I decided to do this one.

Just because several others are posting Royal related connections, I'll point you in the direction of my Post, A Bradstreet, A Dudley and Royalty, I claim ancestry to King Edward I, like many others!
